If an incorrect email is entered during purchase, the subscriber is responsible for not receiving login details and should contact support

Course content can be viewed at any time via the personal account on multiple devices

Downloading any videos or training materials is not permitted — content is for viewing only via the platform

It is strictly prohibited to transfer, resell, publish, or distribute course content by any means — digital or printed

Sharing course access links with anyone is not permitted — they are designated for a single subscriber only

Anyone caught trading, selling, or publishing training materials will be legally prosecuted without leniency

The company may request testimonials from students for publishing on official platforms, with prior student consent required

Accounts and subscriptions remain active as long as the course exists and will not be deleted over time

No refund after watching more than 30% of course content

No refund due to lack of personal benefit or failure to achieve profits — results vary from person to person

No refund if any term of this agreement is violated

No refund if inability to access content is due to a subscriber-side issue (internet, device, etc.)

Subscription is cancelled immediately without refund in cases of abuse or violation of terms of use

The company does not guarantee specific profits — we teach proven strategies and results depend on the trainee's application

The company may launch offers and discount coupons at any time via official channels and email

After a discount period expires, users cannot request retroactive activation or application

Those who subscribed at full price cannot claim the difference or a partial refund when a discount is later issued, even on the same day

A support team is available to assist subscribers with any technical issues related to accessing content

If the support team determines the issue is on the subscriber's end (internet, device, settings), the subscriber is responsible for resolving it

Support is available via WhatsApp and email on weekdays with a response time not exceeding 24 hours

Subscribers are not allowed to post links or promote external products in support groups or official channels

Copying, republishing, or distributing any part of the content in any form is prohibited

Selling or using content for commercial purposes outside the subscriber's personal use is prohibited

Any intellectual property violation will subject the offender to legal prosecution in US courts
